Since then, the practice \u2013 reconfigured as Mikhail Riches in 2014 \u2013 has completed a number of award-winning housing projects.<\/p>\n<p>It is currently on site with the refurbishment of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.architectsjournal.co.uk\/news\/mikhail-riches-gets-go-ahead-for-phase-two-of-park-hill-estate-revamp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Park Hill<\/a>\u00a0housing estate in Sheffield, the city where Riches studied architecture. After university, she spent three months as a circus trapeze artist before moving to Paris, where she found work as a model-maker in the office of engineer Peter Rice.<\/p>\n<p>Riches also been a key player in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.architectsjournal.co.uk\/news\/all-women-velocity-team-picked-for-blenheim-estate-green-vision\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VeloCity<\/a>
